With in-depth training through CDW Engineering, we are fully capable of providing Commercial Inspections and Property Condition Assessments (PCA) for our clients. Following the Standards of Practice outlined by the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) we are trained to ASTM E2018-15 Standards and use it as a baseline to perform PCA Inspections of Commercial Buildings.
With an initial walkthrough of the proposed property, reviewing relevant documentation, and interviewing any appropriate individuals as required, we will determine the current condition of the property.
