WETT Inspections

 Your Professional WETT Inspection includes a visual, non destructive inspection of the readily accessible components of your wood burning appliance to determine if it meets the current standards in the National Building Code as well as CSA B365 Installation Code for solid fuel burning appliances and equipment. 

Most Insurers will not issue a policy without a current WETT Inspection having been completed.

Septic Inspections

Septic Inspections

Your Professional Septic Inspection will include the inspection of the septic tank and its components as well as the inspection of the septic bed to ensure proper operation of the system. The proper clearances to lot lines, wells, lakes and streams as well as structures will be determined as outlined in Part 8 of the Ontario Building Code.
