Your Professional Septic Inspection will include the inspection of the septic tank and its components as well as the inspection of the septic bed to ensure proper operation of the system. The proper clearances to lot lines, wells, lakes and streams as well as structures will be determined as outlined in Part 8 of the Ontario Building Code.

Having a new home built? We can assist you with your inspections to ensure it complies with the Tarion Warranty program. Moving into a home that’s less than 7 years old? The Tarion Warranty coverage is transferable to new owners.

WETT Inspections

WETT Inspections

 Your Professional WETT Inspection includes a visual, non destructive inspection of the readily accessible components of your wood burning appliance to determine if it meets the current standards in the National Building Code as well as CSA B365 Installation Code for solid fuel burning appliances and equipment. 

Most Insurers will not issue a policy without a current WETT Inspection having been completed.
